The menu

Everything we make,
made this morning.

The whole thing on one page, in the order you would walk past it. Jump to a section, or filter the lot by what you can eat.

Breakfast

Served from seven until eleven, when lunch takes over the counter.

Your way. Scrambled eggs and cheese on our baguette, or on a butter croissant for $1 more. Add bacon or ham for $2.

The baguette comes out of the oven before we open, so the first ones of the day are still warm.

Note for Chef Christophe. Eleven of these twelve photographs are from your own shoots. One is not: the Cuban, which was never shot, so I built it to match the rest until we photograph it properly. Smoked Salmon & Brie has been taken off, it is not on your delivery menu and there is no picture of it anywhere, so tell me if you still make it. The ingredient lists are my reading of your menu, so correct anything that is wrong in the page-by-page review.
