A French bakery and sandwich shop in Palm Beach Gardens. Everything made in-house, with a little French flair and a whole lot of love. And Chef Christophe, who started his apprenticeship in France at the age of 13, still standing behind the counter.

Breakfast served all day. Lunch sandwiches from 7am.
Christophe began his apprenticeship in France at the age of thirteen. He built his career in Valbonne, in the south of France, where his cafe earned a listing in the Michelin Guide. He worked for decades as a private chef before opening Piknik here in 2021.
Everything on the counter comes out of that training. The pastry is real patisserie work, not a warm-up from a box. The soup changes with the day. The sandwiches are built the way they are built in France, which is to say simply, with very good bread and very few things inside it.
"Food holds memories and feelings and reminds us of special people and times in our life. Why just eat when you can Piknik."
